Marina currently specializes in trademarks and designs.

Marina’s professional practice includes assisting clients in all aspects of trademark and design prosecution; advising on strategies for obtaining and protecting IP rights in Russia and CIS countries; conducting preliminary searches; consulting clients on assignments and license agreements as well as assisting in recordal thereof. Her experience embraces International Registration of Marks in accordance with the Madrid system, from filing applications with WIPO to overcoming objections on trademarks designating Russia and CIS countries. Marina has also been involved in various litigation proceedings representing clients in the Chamber for Patent Disputes and courts.

In 2008 Marina graduated from the Baltic University of Foreign Languages and Cross-Cultural Cooperation with a degree in English language: linguistics and translation. Joined PATENTICA in 2007.
