Irina's area of expertise includes patent searches and analysis of patent documentation in the fields of electronics and mechanics.
Irina graduated in 2012 from the Department of Laser Measurement and Navigation Systems of the St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University with a master’s degree in Laser Measurement Technologies majoring in Instrument making.
Irina joined Patentica as a part-time translator in 2011 and became a full-time patent expert in 2012.
Before joining Patentica, Irina worked as a research assistant in the Department of Laser Measurement and Navigation Systems of St.-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University and as a research-and-development engineer in the Spectrometry Department of Saint-Petersburg Office of Lumex LTD.
In 2011-2013 Irina took part in holography and interferometry researches as a postgraduate student at the Faculty of Physics of St. Petersburg State University.
In August, 2013 Irina attended a special training course “Summer school of patent expertise "Patenting Inventions & Utility models"” (organised by “Chamber of Patent Attorneys” and "Saint-Petersburg collegium of patent attorneys").
