Our firm has multiple litigation experiences, mostly in trademarks and designs rights. We have been successfully involved in several cases relating to conflicts between a TM owner and a local squatter and though no common strategy usable for all cases exists at present in Russia, we can boast of having developed several effective winning approaches to combat the unlawful use of TMs and other means of individualization and stop the infringement of TM rights.
Our patent litigation experience includes several cases in telecommunications, antenna equipment, rail road equipment and other industrial fields.
