Appealing Rospatent’s decisions

Disturbing as it may sound, responding to Office Actions sometimes does not lead to successful registration, and final refusal decisions are issued. This verdict is not final: the Russian legislation allows for an appealing procedure through the Rospatent division – the Chamber for Patent Disputes. At PATENTICA we prepare and defend appeals that lead to successful obtaining of patents and trademarks.
