A car seller from Saint-Petersburg has been fined 25 million rubles.

Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) imposed 25 million fine on Avtomir Ltd. from Saint-Petersburg. According to FAS's judgment, the company has been selling and providing further technical services while unlawfully using verbal mark ‘Avtomir'. The company from StP has existed since 1997 which is 7 years before the group of companies of the same name entered the market. Experts say that paying the fine will challenge existence of Avtomir Ltd business
