The first meeting in implementation of the project entitled “Convergence of Aspects of the Protection of Intellectual Property in the EU and the RF” took place on 17th November 2009, at Rospatent. This is the first joint project to make use of the Common Spaces Facility provided in the agreement between Russia and the European Union. |

Representatives of the European Patent Office (EPO) will meet their Russian counterparts from the Federal Service for Intellectual property, patents and trademarks (Rospatent) next week to work towards harmonising the Russian and European patent systems. |
