Konstantin joined Patentica in 2008 where he presently works as a patent attorney in Mechanics and Electronics Department. He specializes in the prosecution of patent applications in areas of mechanics, optics, optoelectronics, software and hardware design, instrument engineering.
Konstantin received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Applied and Computer Optics department of Engineering and Technology from St. Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics (ITMO University) in 2005 and 2008, respectively. After the graduation Konstantin joined mechanics and electronics department of Patentica, where he specializes in the prosecution of patent applications in areas of mechanics, optics, optoelectronics, software and hardware design, instrument engineering.
Konstantin certified as a patent attorney in 2013 and since then he gained additional experience in providing various types of patent searches and opinions, filing oppositions and representing clients before the Chamber for Patent Disputes of the RUPTO, as well as conducting patent expertise for regular courts.
